I purchased a steel tongue drum and I'm very satisfied with it. It was as advertised and I received it in ten days!

Oh, I love this kalimba! Oh, how it sounds! It sounds solemn, loud. And her sound touches the soul. Expressive sustain, soulful sounding of the upper octaves, like a violin. I've listened to other kalimbas from other manufacturers, but none of them touched my heart like this one.

Love this little instrument, so soothing and gentle sounding. No cracks, kalimba was in tune and ready to play. Beautiful wood with no odour, I am very allergic, so was fearful about how strong the wood odour wood be, but no problem. The resonance was great, and the little chain that came along adds a special little touch to the music.
Easy and quick to learn to play.

What a beautiful little instrument! My teenage daughter wanted this, and she is very happy with everything about it. Easy to hold, small enough to take anywhere while big enough to carry the sound very well. I thought that was brilliant. Little stickers included for easily marking the tines with what notes they are, and numbering for easier learning. Sorry for long review, but I wanted to include as much as I could for someone like me who likes to know what they're getting. It's very soothing and relaxing, we are really pleased. This instrument is truly peaceful. Unlike those horrible xylophone toys for kids that make your ears feel like they are going to explode. If you or someone you love suffers from anxiety, this could be a great calming instrument for them! I say that from personal experience 😌

I have been watching vides on YouTube and decided to purchase another Kalimba for myself. The first one I have is from Africa, made from a gourd and, while authentic, does not hold a candle to this beautiful little thumb piano made by Hluru!! You get a lot for the money too: a very well-made Kalimba, carrying case, tuning hammer, instructions and stickers if you choose to label the keys. You will have so much fun with it. When I opened it and strummed a few notes, the melody was so fantastic I was immediately drawn and played with it for about an hour. I'm only an amateur player but I can tell that the tuning of this instrument is spot on. I believe this beautiful sound would make babies stop crying and be calming to animals, and even if you have anxiety.

I've always admired the kalimba. I was delighted with the extremely fast shipping, and I've barely put it down since it arrived.

I would HIGHLY recommend this kalimba to ANYONE, and if you're currently indecisive like I was, I would suggest this one to you. The sound is so incredibly clear, the case is extremely protective (and this zipper is sooo smooth) and I'm extremely happy overall with my purchase. I can tell this product is going to last a long long time. Tuning it was easy and straightforward. (I recommend the Universal Tuner app) One thing I'd say is important to know is that the stickers shown on the keys (numbers and notes) do not come adhered to the kalimba as I had assumed from the picture. I don't think this is a con at all, I was able to put on the stickers exactly how I wanted them, but it's good to note that this took a fair amount of time and some intricate work with scissors to make sure they fit on right. I'm a bit worried that they'll come off, I accidentally bent the A applying it and it's looking a bit peely already, but I believe it comes with extras for each letter and number, which makes me feel way better :)

All in all, if you're having trouble picking out the kalimba of your dreams, GO Hluru China. Best decision I've made in a while. Smooth and beautiful with a GORGEOUS sound. Love this kalimba from the bottom of my heart already.

I am actually impressed with how much came with the Kalimba, the case feels sturdy and includes a place for your hammer. It also comes with a manual, stickers, rag and bag. The kalimba also sounds amazing, as heard in the video, note that the buzzing is just when I press down on a key still playing and is probably related to me being a beginner (and possibly short nails?) and not the kalimba itself. It also smells really good, which makes it feel premium.

Exactly what I hoped for. Very high quality with easy to use playbook, beautiful case and all the essentials. Highly recommended for anyone interested in playing.

This drum has a nice sound and a nice carrying case and mallet. I let my daughter play with it too and she loves it! The song book is a nice addition, but I like to create my own sounds with it. It is a nice quality as well. Sturdy and well made... A very good buy for the cost.
