Hluru Handpan After-Sales and Return/Exchange Policy

  1. Craftsmanship Guarantee: We guarantee that all our Handpans are professionally tuned by master tuners. Compared to machine-pressed methods, this process results in superior sustain, more harmonious sound, and more stable pitch performance. Should you discover that the Handpan received is an inferior, machine-pressed product, we offer a "Fake one, triple compensation" pledge.
  2. Pre-Shipment Quality Control (QC) and Confirmation: After the master tuner completes the Handpan and it passes our internal quality inspection, our sales team will send each customer a video of the specific instrument's pitch measurement and sound check before shipment. The instrument will only be dispatched upon the customer's confirmation.
  3. Post-Delivery Pitch Variance: If, upon receipt, the Handpan experiences a pitch deviation (running out of tune) due to unforeseeable factors such as logistics transportation, or significant temperature/humidity fluctuations (thermal shock), we support factory return for repair and re-calibration. However, the shipping costs for this return and service will be borne by the customer.
  4. Lifetime Free Tuning and Maintenance: We offer free tuning and repair services for the entire lifetime of all our Handpans, providing comprehensive, free after-sales support.
  5. 15-Day Hassle-Free Return: All Handpans can be returned for any reason within 15 days of the date you receive the goods.
  6. Customized Handpan Exemption: We regret that we do not support returns or exchanges for customized Handpans. We appreciate your understanding.
    • Pre-Shipment Confirmation for Custom Orders: To ensure your satisfaction, we will send a sound-check video of the customized Handpan for your confirmation before shipment. Please check your email carefully. If any issues arise, we will resolve them for you free of charge.
    • Shipping Costs for Expedited Service (Custom Orders): Please note: If you selected an expedited shipping method that required an additional shipping fee, this extra fee will not be refunded in the event of a return. Thank you for your understanding.

7.Shipping Fee Refund Criteria:

    • Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., zipper failure, tearing or breakage, significant color difference, wrong item shipped, or a major discrepancy between the received item and the item photographed), we may refund the shipping costs based on the severity of the issue.
    • Customer's Personal Reasons: We sincerely apologize, but if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., the customer dislikes the item or other subjective reasons), the shipping fees will not be refunded.
